Observation

Bleach was located on a low shelf between the washer and dryer, accessible to the children. The magnetic latches on the bathroom cupboard were not properly working to keep the items stored there inaccessible to children. Another bottle of bleach was located under the bathroom sink. Beauty products like shampoos and soaps were in the shower on the tub ledge, potentially accessible to children.
